NEXORA INTERNATIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation as an Independent Distributor or Affiliate of NEXORA, a company engaged in the network marketing and distribution of food supplement products. By registering and participating in NEXORA marketing program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Distributor Status

* You acknowledge that you are an independent distributor and not an employee, agent, or legal representative of NEXORA.

* You are fully responsible for your own business operations, expenses, taxes, and legal compliance.

* Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.

2. Membership

* To be a NEXORA distributor is voluntary and requires payment of the applicable membership or starter package fee.

* Your access to NEXORA platform, products, and compensation plan begins once payment is confirmed.

* You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Compensation and Earnings Disclaimer

* You may earn commissions, bonuses, and incentives by marketing NEXORA products and referring new members in accordance with the official NEXORA Compensation Plan.

* NEXORA does not guarantee any specific income or earnings. All results depend solely on individual effort, skill, and market activity.

* You are prohibited from making any unauthorized income claims or guarantees to prospects.

4. Product Marketing and Ethical Conduct

* You agree to promote NEXORA products honestly and with integrity, avoiding any false, misleading, or exaggerated health claims or product benefits.

* You may only use approved marketing materials provided or authorized by NEXORA.

* Any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior may result in immediate termination.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

* Represent yourself as a NEXORA employee or officer.

* Cross-recruit or solicit NEXORA affiliates into competing programs.

* Sell NEXORA products on unauthorized platforms (e.g., third-party marketplaces without permission).

* Misrepresent product pricing, availability, or earnings potential.

* Use fake identities, documents, or engage in multiple account fraud.

6. Termination and Account Suspension

* NEXORA reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

* Upon termination, you will lose all access to your account, downline structure, and any unpaid commissions.

* You may voluntarily cancel your participation at any time with written notice.

7. Data Privacy and Communication

* NEXORA may collect and use your personal information for business, marketing, and communication purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

* You agree to receive updates, announcements, and promotional content via email, SMS, and platform notifications.

8. Modifications to Terms

* NEXORA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website and sent to your registered email.

* Continued participation in the program after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

* This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines (or applicable jurisdiction where NEXORA is registered).

* Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to legal proceedings.
